Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your ticket purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellation also must be done 48 hours before trip departure. If you have any further questions please contact us via email at

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-3 business days.
